Guide for administrators

SR Academie is the e-learning that follows the in-company cybersecurity training. This page is for the company administrator.

What participants do

All eight modules stay open. The first three are for everyone: phishing in the inbox, messages and callers, and reporting. Then come data, account security, and invoice fraud for the finance team. Modules 7 and 8 are specifically for care: client data, and requests around estates and next of kin. Each module starts with a hands-on simulation of four short rounds and ends with ten questions. A wrong answer costs a life. The participant then chooses again and keeps their progress. On a participant page you tick which modules belong to them. Whoever passes that set receives a certificate. You can send a reminder to anyone who has not started.

Inviting

Add people with a name and email address, or paste a list. Each person receives one email with a personal link and chooses their own password. The email does not contain a password. The link is valid for 14 days. If that does not work, open Create the account now. You choose the password and see it once, so you can pass it on yourself.

Spam

Before the training day, ask the company to allow the sender training@srwebsolution.nl. That step matters most with business filters. If the email does not arrive, create a new link and share it through Teams or internal email. A new link invalidates the previous one.

Progress

The overview shows per participant whether a module is still open, in progress, at the questions or finished. A dash is not part of the agreed set. On a participant page you choose which modules count, and you see the answers. Progress is stored in the database, so switching computers is fine.

Language

NL and EN are at the top right. The invitation email uses the language you have selected at that moment. The participant can still switch on the site.
